Hi,
A few of you messaged me this week:
“Sir, where is the newsletter?”
And honestly… I smiled when I read that.
Not because I missed sending it.
But because you noticed.
That tells me something important.
This isn’t just another email in your inbox.
It’s something you expect.
Something you read.
And that matters.
Last week, I didn’t send the newsletter.
No dramatic reason.
Just life, work, and a slightly disrupted schedule.
But here’s what I want to say clearly:
Missing once is not failure.
Quitting is.
The same applies to fitness.
One missed walk doesn’t break progress.
One imperfect week doesn’t erase discipline.
One pause doesn’t undo identity.
What breaks momentum is the story we attach to it.
“I missed once.”
Then it becomes:
“I’m inconsistent.”
Then it becomes:
“Maybe this isn’t for me.”
That’s how people restart again and again.
Consistency is not about never missing.
It’s about returning quickly.
If you missed your walks last week, this is your reminder:
Don’t restart.
Resume.
There is a big difference.
Restarting feels heavy.
Resuming feels normal.
Fitness is not built by perfect streaks.
It’s built by coming back without drama.
So if this email is your nudge today, take it.
Go for a walk.
20 minutes is enough.
No punishment.
No guilt.
No overcorrection.
Just resume.
And to those who noticed the absence — thank you.
That tells me we’re building something steady here.
Keep walking.
Keep showing up.
Warm regards,
Dr. Pulkit Trivedi
