Hi,

Here’s something I keep noticing.

Most people don’t quit fitness because they’re lazy.
They quit because they start with a plan that demands too much.

Too much discipline.
Too much motivation.
Too much emotional energy.

At first, it feels ambitious.
Then it feels heavy.
And slowly… it collapses.

The problem isn’t effort.
The problem is where the effort is applied.

I explained this idea earlier—why most fitness plans fail at the design stage - Click Here

Walking works not because it’s easy,
but because it’s repeatable.

You can walk on a low-energy day.
You can walk when life is messy.
You can walk even when motivation is missing.

That’s not weakness.
That’s intelligence.

Real ambition isn’t about doing more.
It’s about designing something you don’t quit.

Extreme plans look impressive on paper.
Small systems survive real life.

That’s why walking plus simple rules compound quietly:
• fixed time
• minimum effort on bad days
• no punishment for being human

If you’re walking regularly—even if it feels “too basic”—you’re not behind.

You’re ahead of most people who keep restarting.

Progress doesn’t come from intensity.
It comes from staying in the game.

Keep walking.
Keep showing up.

Warm regards,
Dr. Pulkit Trivedi
