I woke up at 6AM.

Alarm went off.

I lay there staring at the ceiling.

We are taught that motivation comes first.

By the time I reached the end of my street —

I was glad I started.

Not once did I finish a walk and think —

But I have thought hundreds of times — "I am glad I walked."

🔑 What I Do Now On Zero-Motivation Days

I do not wait for motivation.

I follow a 3-step process instead —

Step 1 — Shoes on.
Just put on my walking shoes. Nothing else. No commitment to walk. Just shoes.

Step 2 — Door open.
Just open the front door. Feel the outside air. Still no commitment.

Step 3 — One minute.
Just walk for one minute. If after one minute I still want to stop — I can stop.

I have never stopped after one minute.

Because the hardest part was always the shoes.

Once the shoes are on — the walk is already happening.

🌟 The Truth About Your Transformation

Nobody is coming to motivate you.

No Instagram reel.

No fitness influencer.

No friend's transformation photo.

Nobody is coming.

And this is actually the best news you will hear today.

Because it means —

You already have everything you need.

You have shoes.

You have a door.

You have one minute.

That is enough to start.

That is enough to change everything.

I started with exactly that.
