In the beginning — I did not start with 10,000 steps.

I started with 5 minutes.

5 minutes of walking outside my building at 6:30 AM.

🚶 Why 5 Minutes Changed Everything

Day 1 — I walked 5 minutes. Came back home.

Day 3 — I walked 10 minutes. It felt easy.

Day 7 — I walked 20 minutes. Started tracking steps.

Day 14 — I hit 5,000 steps for the first time.

Day 30 — 8,000 steps became normal.

Day 60 — 10,000 steps every single day.

Day 365+ — 25KG gone. First 10KM marathon completed.

It all started with 5 minutes.

Not a gym membership.

Not a diet plan.

Not a personal trainer.

Just 5 minutes outside your door.
