Hi,

Over the last few days, many of you replied to Walk to Fit — thank you.
There was one common feeling I noticed:

“I miss a day… and then I feel like I’ve failed.”

So today, I want to say this clearly:

❗ Progress does NOT require perfection.

During my journey from 94 kg to 75 kg, I:

  • Missed workouts

  • Overate sometimes

  • Skipped walks on busy days

What mattered was not quitting.

The rule that helped me most

I followed what I call the next-action rule.

Instead of asking “Why did I mess up?”
I asked:
👉 What’s the next simple thing I can do right now?

Sometimes that was:

  • A short walk

  • A normal home meal

  • Sleeping on time

That’s enough.

Consistency is not about doing everything right.
It’s about coming back without guilt.
