Today, I want to share one thing I completely stopped doing — and it made fat loss easier.

I stopped chasing quick results.

No crash diets.
No “lose 5 kg in 10 days” mindset.
No constant restarting every Monday.

Earlier, I was always in a hurry:

  • Eat less for a few days

  • Feel exhausted

  • Lose motivation

  • Quit

  • Repeat

Once I stopped rushing the process, things changed.

I focused on:

  • Showing up daily

  • Eating normally (not starving)

  • Moving my body consistently

  • Improving week by week, not day by day

Fat loss became calmer, sustainable, and predictable.
