Today, I want to share one simple habit that made a real difference in my journey from 94 kg to 75 kg.

🚶‍♂️ I started walking every day — no excuses.

Not for weight loss.
Not for calories.

Just one hour of walking daily, consistently.

Some days slow.
Some days tired.
Some days distracted.

But I showed up.

That one habit:

  • Improved my digestion

  • Reduced stress

  • Made fat loss sustainable

  • Helped me stay disciplined without burnout
