Hey,

Have you ever committed to something so hard — that quitting felt easier than continuing?

That is exactly where I was 8 weeks ago.

I signed up for the 75 Hard Challenge.

And I want to tell you honestly — what it has done to me.

🔥 What Is 75 Hard?

75 Hard is not a fitness challenge.

It is a mental toughness challenge.

Every single day — for 75 straight days — you must complete all of this —

  • 🏋️ Two 45-minute workouts daily — one must be outdoors

  • 🥗 Follow a diet — zero alcohol, zero cheat meals

  • 📚 Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book

  • 💧 Drink 4 litres of water

  • 📸 Take a daily progress photo

Miss even one thing on one day — you go back to Day 1.

No exceptions. No negotiations. No excuses.

😰 Why Most People Quit By Week 2

Week 1 — excitement carries you.

Week 2 — reality hits.

Two workouts every day. One must be outside — even in 42°C Ahmedabad heat.

Zero cheat meals — not even one biscuit with chai.

Reading when your eyes are already tired from screens all day.

Most people quit here. Because motivation runs out.

I almost did too.

💡 What Kept Me Going — The Real Answer

It was not discipline.

It was not willpower.

It was identity.

Around Day 20 — something shifted.

I stopped thinking "I have to do this today."

And started thinking "This is just what I do."

Walking 10,000 steps — automatic. Gym — automatic. Water — automatic. Reading — automatic.

When a habit becomes part of who you are — quitting feels wrong.

Not hard. Wrong.

This is the same shift that happened when I lost 25KG.

I did not become someone who was "trying to lose weight."

I became someone who walks. Every day. No matter what.

That identity shift — that is the real result of 75 Hard.

Not the fitness. Not the weight loss.

The person you become. 🙏

You Do Not Need 75 Hard

You do not need to do this challenge.

But you need the identity shift.

Pick one habit this week —

Walking after dinner. Water before chai. 10 minutes of reading before sleep.

Do it every day. No exceptions.

Not for 75 days. Just for 7.

By Day 7 — notice how it starts to feel like who you are.

That is the beginning of everything. 💪

See you Thursday! 🙏
