Hey,

I visited the Narmada river recently.

Visit Narmada River

I stood there for a few minutes.

Just watching the water move.

And I could not stop thinking about one thing —

This river has never once asked itself — "do I feel like flowing today?"

🌊 What The Narmada Taught Me

The Narmada has been flowing for millions of years.

Some stretches are wide and powerful.

Some stretches are narrow and slow.

But it has never stopped.

Not once.

And because it never stopped —

It carved through rock.

It shaped entire valleys.

It travelled thousands of kilometres to the sea.

Not because of speed. Because of consistency.

💡 Most People Try To Lose Weight Like A Flood

Intense for 2 weeks.

Then gone.

The people who actually transform — they flow like a river.

Steady. Daily. Unstoppable.

On the days I had zero energy — I did not walk fast.

I did not walk far.

But I walked.

365+ consecutive days.

Never stopped.

And like the Narmada — that consistency carved a completely new version of me.

25KG gone.

Not because I was perfect.

Because I never had a zero day.

The River Rule — Apply It Starting Now

The Narmada does not take rest days.

Make this one rule for yourself starting today:

No zero days.

Not 10,000 steps every single time.

Not a perfect diet every single meal.

Just — never zero.

Even 3,000 steps on the hardest day counts.

Even saying no to one biscuit with chai counts.

Even a 10-minute walk after dinner counts.

Because zero days are what stop rivers.

And right now — you are a river in motion.

Keep flowing. 🌊
