The rules are simple. And brutal.

Every single day — for 75 straight days — I must complete all of this:

  • 🚶 10,000 steps daily — no shortcuts

  • 🏋️ Daily gym session — no skipping

  • 🥗 Zero junk food — 75 days clean

  • 📚 10 pages of non fiction book — daily

  • 💧 4 litres of water — every single day

  • 📸 One selfie daily — documenting everything

The brutal part?

Miss even one thing on one day — you go back to Day 1.

No exceptions. No negotiations. No excuses.

📊 Day 7 — My Honest Update

I will not sugarcoat this.

Week 1 was not easy.

What went well —

  • 10,000 steps — every single day

  • Gym — not missed once

  • Water 4 litres — daily

  • Daily selfie — done

What was genuinely hard —

  • Zero junk food — hardest part of the challenge

  • Reading 10 pages — some evenings felt impossible

  • Sleeping by 10:30 PM — office days make this tough

What surprised me most —

By Day 7 — my energy levels are noticeably higher.

My mind feels clearer.

My body is already responding.

7 days. That is all it took to feel different.

💡 The One Thing Week 1 Taught Me

I used to think discipline was about willpower.

I was wrong.

Discipline is about removing choices.

When I stopped asking myself "Should I walk today?" and replaced it with "Walking happens at 8:30 PM — full stop" — everything became easier.

No negotiation. No debate. No excuses.

The habit just runs.

This is exactly how I lost 25KG — one non negotiable habit at a time.

And these 7 days are proving it all over again.
