Hi,

Over the last few days, I’ve shared:

  • Why I started Walk to Fit

  • Why daily walking became my foundation

  • Why I stopped chasing quick results

Today, I want to share something many people struggle with:

🍽️ How I kept my eating simple — without following a strict diet.

I didn’t follow:

  • Keto

  • Intermittent fasting

  • Any named diet

Instead, I followed 3 simple rules.

Rule 1: I stopped skipping meals

Skipping meals made me tired, irritated, and inconsistent.
Eating regularly helped me stay in control.

Rule 2: I ate normal home food

Roti, sabzi, dal, rice — nothing fancy.
I focused on portion control, not food elimination.

Rule 3: I aimed for “better,” not “perfect”

Some days were great.
Some days weren’t.

I didn’t quit just because one meal wasn’t ideal.

That’s what made fat loss sustainable.

If eating feels confusing right now, remember this:
👉 You don’t need a new diet. You need a simpler approach you can repeat.

In the next email, I’ll ask you a simple question to understand what you’re struggling with most right now.

If this helped, hit reply and type “Simple” — I read every response.
